(a) Grantees/subgrantees may provide or arrange for supportive services to assist participants in successfully participating in SCSEP projects, including but not limited to payment of reasonable costs of transportation; health care and medical services; special job-related or personal counseling; incidentals such as work shoes, badges, uniforms, eyeglasses, and tools; child and adult care; temporary shelter; and follow-up services. (OAA sec. 502(c)(6)(A)(iv)). (b) To the extent practicable, the grantee/subgrantee should provide for the payment of these expenses from other resources.
