Title 24 - Housing and Urban Development
At least annually, HUD will review each recipient's performance to determine whether the recipient: (a) Has carried out its eligible activities in a timely manner, has carried out its eligible activities and certifications in accordance with the requirements and the primary objective of NAHASDA and with other applicable laws and has a continuing capacity to carry out those activities in a timely manner; (b) Has complied with the IHP of the grant beneficiary; and (c) Whether the performance reports of the recipient are accurate.
