Where there is to be a change in the individual, firm, or corporate name, the proprietor shall file application to amend the registration and to amend the operating and/or basic permit; a new bond or consent of surety will not be required. Operations may not be conducted under the new name prior to approval of the amended registration and issuance of the amended permit. (Sec. 201, Pub.
