Title 27 - Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms
If there is to be a change in, or addition of, a trade name, the proprietor shall file application to amend the operating and/or basic permit; a new bond or consent of surety will not be required. Operations may not be conducted under the new trade name prior to issuance of the amended permit. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85–859, 72 Stat. 1370, as amended, (26 U.S.C. 5271))
