(a) You must submit copies of logs or charts of electrical, radioactive, sonic, and other well-logging operations; directional and vertical-well surveys; velocity profiles and surveys; and analysis of cores to MMS. Each Region will provide specific instructions for submitting well logs and surveys. (b) For drilling operations in the GOM OCS Region, you must submit form MMS–133, Well Activity Report, to the District Manager on a weekly basis. (c) For drilling operations in the Pacific or Alaska OCS Regions, you must submit form MMS–133, Well Activity Report, to the District Manager on a daily basis. [68 FR 8423, Feb. 20, 2003]
