This part sets forth procedures for grants to States/Indian tribes having an approved plan for the reclamation of eligible lands and water and other activities necessary to carry out the plan as approved. OSM's “Final Guidelines for Reclamation Programs and Projects” (45 FR 14810–14819, March 6, 1980) should be used as applicable. [60 FR 9981, Feb. 22, 1995]
