Title 30 - Mineral Resources
The Director is authorized to approve or disapprove applications for grants under this part if the total amount of the grants does not exceed the moneys appropriated by the Congress. Such moneys are distributed annually to the States/Indian tribes. [60 FR 9981, Feb. 22, 1995]
