Title 32 - National Defense
(a) This part applies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Military Departments. The term “Military Services,” as used herein, refers to the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. (b) Its provisions cover members of the Military Services on extended active duty. This does not include a member under a call or order to active duty for a period of less than 30 days.
