§ 204.8   Legislative proposals.

In cases where collections of fees and charges for services or property are limited or restricted by provisions of existing law, the DoD Component(s) concerned will submit appropriate remedial legislative proposals under applicable legislative procedures. (See DoD Instruction 5500.4.⁹
