Add to the definitions contained in 32 CFR 310.6 the following: System Manager: The DISA official who is responsible for policies and procedures governing a DISA System of Record. His title and duty address will be found in the paragraph entitled Sysmanager in DISA's Record System Notices which are published in the [40 FR 55535, Nov. 28, 1975.
