Title 32 - National Defense
This regulation— (a) Prescribes general policy on the solicitation and sale of all goods, services, and commodities, including all types of insurance, on military installations. These are sold or solicited by dealers, tradesmen, and their agents. (b) Prescribes procedures for suspension of solicitation privileges. (c) Prescribes policies and procedures for investigative and enforcement actions. (d) Permits representatives of credit unions, banks, and approved non-profit associations to conduct national educational programs on— (1) Insurance, estate planning, savings, and budgeting, and (2) The protection and remedies afforded consumers under the Truth-in-Lending Act.
