In addition to the requirements of §634.47 of this subchapter: (a) Reports of parking violations recorded on DD Form 1408 or DD Form 1805 will serve as a basis for determining point assessment. (b) The instructions in paragraph (a) of this section also apply to the receipt of a DD Form 1408 (Armed Forces Traffic Ticket) for a parking violation.
