Title 32 - National Defense
(a) This regulation sets forth the authority, policy, responsibility, and procedure for making military real estate, under the control of the Department of the Army, available for use by other military departments, Federal agencies, State and local governmental agencies, private organizations or individuals. (b) This regulation implements Department of Defense Directives and Instructions (4165 series), which include policies and procedures concerning use of military real estate.
