Title 32 - National Defense
(a) In general, dealers or tradesmen or their agents shall not be admitted within a command, except as authorized by the commanding officer: (1) To conduct public business; (2) To transact specific private business with individuals at the request of the latter; or (3) To furnish services and supplies which are necessary and are not otherwise, or are insufficiently, available to the personnel of the command. (b) Personal commercial solicitation and the conduct of commercial transactions are governed by policies of the Department of Defense.
