(See subpart C). Personnel managers of the Marine Corps and the Navy; responsible for providing limited support to the Naval Discharge Review Board and for implementation of departmental discharge review decisions. (See subpart C). Custodian of Navy and Marine Corps health records. (See subpart C). Manages Naval Reserve resources. Responsible for providing limited support to the Naval Discharge Review Board. (See subpart C). The final authority within the Department of the Navy in discharge review.
