(a) In addition to the program and fiscal reporting requirements in EDGAR that are applicable to projects funded under this program, the Secretary may require that recipients of grants under this part submit information determined by the Secretary to be necessary to measure project outcomes and performance, including any data needed to comply with the Government Performance and Results Act. (b) Specific reporting requirements for competitions will be identified by the Secretary and published in the (Authority: 29 U.S.C. 711(c) and 776)
