(a) Indirect cost reimbursement for grants under this program is limited to the recipient's actual indirect costs, as determined by its negotiated indirect cost rate agreement, or 10 percent of the total direct cost base, whichever amount is less. (b) Indirect costs in excess of the 10 percent limit may be used to satisfy matching or cost-sharing requirements. (c) The 10 percent limit does not apply to federally recognized Indian tribal governments and their tribal representatives. (Authority: 29 U.S.C. 711(c))
