(a) When you request use of a NARA lecture room, auditorium, the Theater, or the Archivist's Reception Room, the Facilities and Materiel Management Services Division will review your request: (1) To ensure that it meets all of the provisions in this subpart; (2) To determine if the room you have requested is available on the date and time you have requested; and (3) To determine the cost of the event. (b) When the Facilities and Materiel Management Services Division has completed this review, they will notify you of their decision. They may ask for additional information before deciding whether or not to approve your event. (c) NARA reserves the right to reject or require changes in any material, activity, or caterer you intend to use for the event.
