Title 42 - Public Health
Contracts with urban Indian organizations under this subdivision shall incorporate the following clause: The Contractor agrees, consistent with medical need, and the efficient provision of medical services to make no discriminatory distinctions against Indian patients or beneficiaries of this contract which are inconsistent with the fair and uniform provision of services.
