Title 42 - Public Health
In addition to the reporting and information requirements provided in subpart J of 45 CFR part 74 made applicable to grants under this subpart by §136.114, each recipient of Federal financial assistance shall make such reports and information available to the Indian people served or represented by such recipient as and in a manner determined by the Secretary to be adequate.
