Title 42 - Public Health
(a) Rural health clinic services reimbursable under this subpart are: (1) The physicians' services specified in §405.2412; (2) Services and supplies furnished as an incident to a physician's professional service; (3) The nurse practitioner or physician assistant services specified in §405.2414; (4) Services and supplies furnished as an incident to a nurse practitioner's or physician assistant's services; and (5) Visiting nurse services. (b) Rural health clinic services are reimbursable when furnished to a patient at the clinic, at a hospital or other medical facility, or at the patient's place of residence.
