Title 45 - Public Welfare
All records pertinent to the acquisition or major renovation of a facility must be retained by the grantee for a period equal to the period of the grantee's ownership (or occupancy, in the case of leased facilities) of the facility plus three years. [68 FR 23223, May 1, 2003]
