(a) The provisions of this part shall apply to all self-propelled cargo vessels which carry in bulk any of the dangerous cargoes specifically noted in this part. (b) [Reserved] (c) The regulations for barges carrying any of the bulk chemical cargoes listed in subparts 98.01 through 98.25 are found in subchapter O of this chapter. (d) [Reserved] (e) Manned barges carrying any of the cargoes listed in Table 151.05 of this chapter will be considered individually by the Commandant and may be required to meet the applicable requirements of subchapter O of this chapter, as well as the requirements of this subchapter.
