If a stability test is to be performed, a stability test procedure that contains the information prescribed in §170.185(g) must be submitted to the Coast Guard Marine Safety Center or the ABS at least two weeks before the test. [CGD 95–028, 62 FR 51217, Sept. 30, 1997]
