Title 47 - Telecommunication
Generally, examinations for amateur radio operation licenses shall be administered at locations and times specified by volunteer examiners. (See §97.509). When the FCC conducts examinations for amateur radio operator licenses, they shall take place at locations and times designated by the FCC. [58 FR 13021, Mar. 9, 1993]
