Title 47 - Telecommunication
Generally, written and telegraphy examinations for commercial radio operator licenses shall be conducted at locations and times specified by commercial operator license examination managers. (See §13.209 of this chapter). When the FCC conducts these examinations, they shall take place at locations and times specified by the FCC. [58 FR 9124, Feb. 19, 1993]
