(a) Procedures regarding petitions to deny long-form applications in the paging service will be governed by §1.939 of this chapter. (b) The consideration that an individual or an entity will be permitted to receive for agreeing to withdraw an application or petition to deny will be limited by the provisions set forth in §1.935 of this chapter.
