(a) A practitioner shall not aid a non-practitioner in the unauthorized practice of law before the Office. (b) A practitioner shall not aid a suspended or excluded practitioner in the practice of law before the Office. (c) A practitioner shall not aid a non-lawyer in the unauthorized practice of law.
